At Titan Fitness, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure your home gym meets your highest standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Titan Fitness account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
