The Grip Plates are offered in pairs of 2.5, 5, 10, and 25-pound increments and are sold individually in 35, 45, and 55-pounds. Additionally, we offer a full set of 245-pounds. Each plate is made from Cast Iron and provides a durable rubber coating that prevents the weight from chipping and rusting. Each plate is designed with a 50.6 mm center hole and features contoured grip handles to provide a secure grip when carrying or loading them onto your Olympic size barbell.
